NationsHearing offers two convenient ways to get an annual routine hearing exam:
Call us at 877-225-0137 (TTY: 711) and speak with a Member Experience Advisor who will schedule your hearing exam with a local provider.
If the exam results indicate hearing loss, we work with you to select the highest quality hearing aids using your hearing benefit.
We work with your provider to fit your hearing aids and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments (up to three with the original provider). Hearing aids are typically shipped and fitted within 7 days of ordering.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, a representative will contact you to see if you need any further assistance.
From your computer or mobile device, log into our digital hearing experience and take a hearing exam.
The exam only takes a few minutes and you will have immediate access to accurate hearing results.
Products are available to order online using your benefit and shipped to you, at no additional cost.
At any time during the process, you can connect with an online representative that can assist you with any questions you may have.
All Aetna members can receive an annual routine hearing exam to determine hearing aid candidacy at no out-of-pocket cost from a NationsHearing provider. Note: A copay may apply if you get added services or a diagnosis during your exam.
